On this stormy morning, I woke under the sloping roof for the last time. Eight and a half years ago, I took this rental, rejecting a job offer in Greece to try freelancing. I love the life that took root here, full of love, creativity and adventure. But it's time to move on, even if that's just five miles up the road.
Sunshine and rain showers keep shoving each other aside like cats headbutting over a can of wet food.
Yes. That feels about right.
