Just so friends don't freak: my ex read and greenlighted the piece. I'm nice like that. Not often ... but I have only just one former-husband thus far, so it's not hard. Once I wrack up five or six and can't keep the alimony (or libel cases) separate, it'll be another tale entirely...
Sad story, Amanda ... but maybe some of the best work I've read from you (and that's really saying something).
