Kicking It 18th-Century Style In the Carribbean

I tried some throat-stripping, 150-proof, cachaça-style rum at Grenada's River Antoine Estate. The distillery clings to organic, sustainable, late-1700s production techniques, including crushing sugar cane in the western hemisphere's oldest working water wheel.
