Brazil's Inhotim: The Seeds Of A World Heritage Site?


Set in a botanical garden, Brazil's extraordinary Inhotim museum encourages artists to design their own exhibition spaces. Above, American Artist Doug Aitken drilled 202m into the ground, capturing the sounds of the earth in the Sonic Pavilion (2008). Rio Artist Lygia Pape wove metallic thread into a master work called "Ttéia."
